The Managing Director of NP Liberia, Mohamed Kanu has told Politico that 8,000 metric tons of fuel left the port of Monrovia yesterday for Freetown.
Speaking on the phone from Liberia, Kanu said the vessel would arrive in Freetown later today, Thursday.
It follows days of an acute fuel shortage that has paralyzed the country
