Accused person Moses John Wilson charged with malicious damage and unlawful interference with aircraft safety contrary to Aviation Act has appeared for the second time before Magistrate Komba Kamanda of Court No 2 in Freetown.
Meanwhile, the prosecution could still not start its case.
Mr. Wilson was charged to court following an incident at the Freetown International Airport at Lungi where an aircraft carrying investors was broken and entered into whiles it owners were in Freetown.
The matter was therefore adjourned to 25 July and the accused sent to the Pademba Road Prisons.
