Members of the Sierra Leone Bar Association have today voted in a new executive, after the outgoing president Blyden Jenkins-Johnston stepped down. Elvis Kargbo won with 91 votes, with Glenna Thompson coming a close second with 80. Ibrahim Sorie Jr came third with 41. Easmon Ngakui and James Monodu Fornah-Sesay went unopposed as Vice President and Secretary-General respectively. So did the Public Relations Officer, Julian Cole. They are elected for one year.
