Engineering firm appeals COI findings

T. S Company Ltd, an engineering firm that was contracted under the President Koroma administration to rehabilitate and extend Fourah Bay College (FBC) has appealed against the findings and recommendations of the judge-led Commissions of Inquiry (COI).

Sierra Leone main opposition to challenge new injunction

Lawyers representing the main opposition All Peoples Congress (APC) Party have said that they have entered an appearance to challenge the recent court injunction slammed on the party.

Lawyer Addy Macualey told Politico that the party’s legal team would file a motion before the court to strike out the action on the basis of what he referred to as “strange irregularities.”
