The project according to the Project Assistant Coordinator for Rainbo, Mary Yomba is a European Union-funded project with a lifespan of thirty months.

Yomba added that each community is entitled to Le, 3,000,000 for various activities including a march pass in order to ensure that Gender-Based Violence against girls and women is halted forthwith in their respective communities.

The Chief for Oloshoro Community in Murray Town, Chief Pa Alimamy Mansaray said his community has been working with Rainbo  for years and that his people always appreciate the good work of the organization, especially in their quest to scale down Gender-Based Violence against girls and women.

Chief Mansaray noted that with the continuous efforts of the organisation, his community has yielded huge dividends in their proactive measures against Gender-Based Violence and other related crimes.

Speaking to Politico, one of the beneficiaries of the project, Jatu Momoh said that she is very much excited for the kind gesture that Rainbo always brings to their doorsteps in difficult circumstances and their stand in the fight against SGBV.

Momoh noted that she was not surprised at the move being made by Rainbo, noting that they have been doing that for the past years and for them as community people they are always poised to give their fullest support to the organization in order to  achieve set objectives.
