Edward Mustapha Luseni a former worker of the Anglican Diocese in Bo who was standing trial on eight counts of misappropriation of donor funds has been convicted on six counts.  He has been ordered to pay thirty million Leones or serve three years imprisonment. Luseni was found guilty of tampering funds donated by Trinity Wall Street, USA to the Bo Anglican Diocese.

The funds were for relief supplies for the Ebola epidemic and the provision of educational and agricultural support to the South and Eastern regions.  Luseni together with Bo Anglican Diocese Bishop Emmanuel Tucker were indicted by the Anti- Corruption Commission (ACC) in April 2018 on eight counts of corruption. The bishop was acquitted of all charges but Luseni was found guilty on six count charges.

Presiding Bo High Court Judge, Anthony Ganda in passing sentence on Luseni also ordered him to pay within ninety days of his conviction thirty million Leones as restitution.
