Bottom of the Sierra Leone Premier League side, Wilberforce FC has signed out-of-favor coach Alimu Koroma (System) on a short-term contract.
Koroma who was rated as one of the experience coaches in the league was sacked by Kamboi Eagles weeks ago due to the club’s poor run of form recently after being placed in the 16th position with 27 points after playing 26 games. He was replaced at Kamboi Eagles by former FC Kallon Coach, Musa Kallon and former Old Edwardians Coach, Abdulai Kaloga Bah.
He has resumed his position in the club’s training session at the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) field. He is set to be in the touchline when his new side plays Real Republicans at the Angola field playing ground on the weekend.
Politico tried to establish contact with Coach Alimu Koroma, but on to press time, his phone was off.
