The Vice President Dr. Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh on Friday 14th May, 2021 interacted with indigenes of Mange Bureh in the Port Loko district. The Vice President reportedly held discussions with community leaders in the town as well as those to engage stakeholders in Maconteh chiefdom.
One time APC Member of Parliament Hassan Sheriff encouraged the people to be supportive of the government and the vice President whom he described as his younger brother. He was full of praise for what he said were the impressive development initiatives by the government in that part of the country.
Vice President Dr, Jalloh told the people of the immense role played by late politician Kandeh Bureh who was a highly respectable figure within the SLPP leadership. He said the people should follow the footsteps of the celebrated politician by throwing their weight behind the SLPP, saying Mange Bureh is the home of the party and that they should all follow the footsteps of Kandeh Bureh and support the SLPP.
The Vice President held long discussions with local leaders on issues bordering of development projects earmarked for the Mange Bureh and Maconteh chiefdom.
