The General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Kumuyi, has during the official launch of their Media Parley crusade, a Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK), and the unveiling of his two books, ‘Voyage to Liberation’ and ‘The Minister has shown approval,’ said their Ministry has reached over 150 countries globally.
The crusade broadcasted via online video streaming, Lagos Nigeria on Sunday 31st July 2022, was occasioned by Nigeria’s former president, Olusegun Obasanjo, Zambia’s former Vice President, Nevers Mumba, and other dignitaries.
After acknowledging the so many challenges the world is facing ranging from the global economic crisis to diseases among many others, the Convener said he decided to join the gospel to bring relief and solace to the people on earth.
As the convener of the crusade, he talked about the so many testimonies of healing and deliverance on people with stroke, blindness COVID-19, and many more. He pointed out that they have documented over 200,000 people across the world, whom he said has saved and transformed during the crusade with a simple and straightforward prayer.
Kumuyi also noted that their crusade has impacted over 30 million people.
He said “with statistics and analysis of our media streams, the GCK over the past year has reached more than 150 countries, but mostly, the average physical audience is between 40,000 and 50, 000 and virtual audience over three million people globally,” he said.
One of the reviewers of the two books, Nancy Mastroeni, from the United States of America, said the book titled, Voyage to Liberation: practical steps to spiritual solution and power’, and ‘Minister shown approved: Equipped and focused for the great end the harvest’ both authored by Dr. W F. Kumuji is a profound and easy to read and that it provokes so many wonderful memories and open so many windows and blessings.
According to her, it speaks about freedom, escape, and destination. It is a practical step book that outlines steps to spiritual freedom and power.
The National Overseer, Deeper Live Bible Church of Sierra Leone, Daisi Akinyelu, said for a society to become a better place, the leaders of every sector must have fear of God.
He asserted that when all human beings are heavenly-minded, a life of heaven will be brought to earth.
According to him, Jesus is the solution to all problems. No nation on earth will recently say “we have arrived.” He noted that wars and diseases are all on the increase.
For this, he said only when Jesus takes over, the problems will be solved, which he said is the goal of GCK.
He also called on all to draw closer to God so that he (God) will also come closer to human beings.
To him, because human beings have turned away from God is the reason the world is experiencing “nation fighting nations, tribe against tribe and all such of evil things”.
He noted that once people are closer to God, their hearts will change and will be filled with love to help one another.
He also called on leaders to make as many people happy as possible and not with the hope of winning another election, but to have a peaceful nation so that members of every society will be happy.
