Bo Rangers have been paired with Algerian side, CR Belouizdad in the second round of the CAF Champions League after eliminating Liberia’s, LISCR FC 2-1 on aggregate.
An early goal from striker Suffian Kalokoh gave Rangers a vital 1-0 away win against LISCR FC in Monrovia on the 27th August, 2023 to advance to the next round of the CAF Champions League. They were held to a 1-1 score line at the Southern Arena in Bo on 19th August in the 1st leg.
They will now face the team that eliminated them in last season’s Champions League, CR Belouizdad of Algeria. It will be Rangers’ first progression into the second round of the preliminary stage of the competition. The date for the games is yet to be announced by CAF.
